Help with 7zen.
7zen is a small, focused archive opener made by independent developer Justin Raymond Park. It is free, has no ads, and performs all archive processing on your device.
Quick troubleshooting
The archive does not appear in 7zen
Confirm that its extension appears on the supported formats list. From Files, Mail, Safari, or AirDrop, use the Share button and choose 7zen. You can also open 7zen first and use Browse Files.
7zen asks for a password
Enter the password supplied by the person or service that created the archive. Passwords are case-sensitive. See the encrypted archive guide for format-specific support.
A preview does not appear
7zen can list and extract any supported file in an archive, but full-size previews depend on whether iOS can display that file type. Extract the file and open it in a compatible app if Quick Look cannot preview it.
An archive reports an error
The download may be incomplete, corrupt, encrypted in an unsupported format, or one part of a multi-part set. Download it again and, for a multi-part RAR, keep every part in the same folder and open the first part.
